Emerald Green-

Excellent medium height option for privacy. The emerald arborvitae keeps its lustrous emerald green foliage all year and is available in a wide variety of sizes.

  • Mature Height: 12-18 feet

  • Mature Spread: 3-4 feet

  • Growth Rate: 6-12 inches per year

  • Recommended Spacing: 2-3 feet

Green Giant-

Great option for privacy screens. They are virtually immune to some of the diseases that can affect other arborvitaes and are deer resistant. They grow best in full sun but are shade tolerant.

  • Mature Height: 35-50 feet

  • Mature Spread: 8-12 feet

  • Growth Rate: 2-4 feet per year

  • Recommended Spacing: 5 feet

Dark American Arborvitae-

An excellent medium height option for privacy screens. Well suited for areas where height is needed but mature width is an issue.

  • Mature Height: 10-15 feet

  • Mature Spread: 4-8 feet

  • Growth Rate: 8-14 inches per year

  • Recommended Spacing: 4-5 feet

Pyramidal Arborvitae-

These Arborviataes grow in a columar shape. They are tall and slender and will stay green all year long. Great for small spaces.

  • Mature Height: 15-20 feet

  • Mature Spread: 3-5 feet

  • Growth Rate: 8-12 inches per year

  • Recommended Spacing: 3 feet
